1. The service

“Avanti” (promo.varnahub.com) is a free list of promotions, discounts and codes in Varna. It is run by KAGAMI EOOD, UIC 103141758 (details in About). It is free to use, with no registration. We do not sell goods or services — the businesses do.

2. Who can post offers

• Only the business itself — for its own goods and services in Varna.
• No intermediaries: delivery platforms, coupon sites, brochure aggregators, accommodation intermediaries, nor links to them.
• The offer must be real, with clear conditions and a deadline (or “no end date”). For a price reduction, the previous price — the lowest of the last 30 days — is stated (Art. 65 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).
• Food — healthy only: traditional Bulgarian food and premium products, from verified restaurants, shops, farmers and producers.
• We do not accept misleading, illegal or offensive offers, or offers infringing the rights of others.

3. How we check (moderation)

• A member of our team reviews every offer before publishing and confirms with the business by the phone or email provided.
• Some offers are taken by our team from the business’s own website. They are labelled “from the business website”; the business can ask for a change or removal at any time.
• Expired offers disappear automatically the day after their deadline.
• Automatic hiding: after 3 “Ended” votes, more than “Still valid”, the offer is hidden until a person checks it. There is no other automatic decision.
• We do not use artificial intelligence to decide whether to publish or remove an offer.

4. Reports and appeals

• Anyone can report illegal content with “⚑ Report” on the deal page or at office@kagami.bg. We handle reports in a timely, diligent and impartial manner and reply to the sender.
• If we refuse or remove an offer, we tell the business the reason. The business can object at the same email — we review the decision again and reply.

5. Responsibility

Prices, conditions, availability and compliance with the promotions law are the responsibility of the business. We publish the offer as announced and state its source. Check with the business before you buy. If you see an error — press “✗ Ended” or write to us.

6. Changes

When we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its effective date.
