Privacy
Version 1.0 · effective 16.10.2026. We keep as little as possible: no accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies. This is a translation; if the two versions differ, the Bulgarian text prevails.
1. Who processes the data
The controller is KAGAMI EOOD, UIC 103141758, 84 General Gurko St., ground floor, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria, office@kagami.bg, +359 888 922 262. This is also the address for all data questions.
2. What, why and for how long
| Data | Why | Legal basis | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phone or email of the business (“Share a deal” form) | only to confirm the offer comes from the business; not published | legitimate interest — publishing only accurate, direct offers (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) | up to 30 days after the offer ends |
| Name and email when reporting (“⚑ Report”) | to review the report and reply | legal obligation under the Digital Services Act, Art. 16 (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) | up to 1 year after the decision on the report |
| One-way hash of the IP address and the date | limits: up to 5 offers, 5 reports and one vote per deal per day — against abuse | legitimate interest — protecting the service | until the end of the day; replaced the next day |
| Hosting server logs (IP, time, page address) | security and operation of the server | legitimate interest | per the host’s retention (SuperHosting.bg, Bulgaria) |
We do not collect visitors’ names, build profiles, use data for advertising or transfer it outside the EU. Recipients: only the host (SuperHosting.bg, a processor in Bulgaria). Providing a contact is required for us to publish an offer; without it we cannot check it. There is no automated decision-making about people; the only automatic action concerns offers — see section 4.
3. What your browser stores (cookies and local storage)
We set no cookies. In your browser’s local storage we keep only things you asked for:
- The theme (light or dark) — after you press ◐.
- Which deals you voted on — after you press “Still valid” or “Ended”, so you do not vote twice.
- When you last visited — only if you turn on “Remember where I left off”; new deals are then marked “new”. Turn it off with the same checkbox.
These entries stay in your browser, never reach us, and are deleted when you clear the site data in your browser. Storage is necessary for a function you explicitly requested (Art. 4a(4)(2) of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act).
4. Automatic hiding
When a deal gets 3 “Ended” votes and they outnumber “Still valid”, the site hides it automatically until a member of our team checks it. This concerns the offer, not people.
5. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing and receive your data (portability) — at office@kagami.bg. We reply within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), cpdp.bg.
